So I'm not just listening to what's being said; I'm tracking what's underneath it, including the tensions, the turning points, and even the things that don't quite have words yet. I help the room find what it didn't know was there.
Before your session, we connect briefly so I understand the arc of your work and what you most want participants to carry forward. During the session, I listen and draw, tracking not just the content but the meaning moving beneath it. By the time you close, the image is complete. I deliver a high-resolution digital file for printing, sharing, and display. Some clients print theirs to hang on the wall. Others send postcards to all participants. One included the image in a donor report and received an unsolicited $150k donation! Through visual sensemaking, people feel the power of your work in a new way.
