Many organizations and teams need support moving forward in complex, adaptive situations. I do diagnostics with key stakeholders and design a bespoke process for working collaboratively on the issues. We'll define what success looks like, explore the gap between the current reality and the vision, and then make the necessary steps to move forward in learning and leadership along the way. When challenges arise, we dig to the root causes to understand the underlying assumptions, missing perspectives, or systemic entanglements, rather than just fighting the symptoms. From there we acknowledge what is, identify areas of learning, and create the shifts you need to move forward. Processes may include structured dialogues, workshops, coaching, and/or facilitated conversations. These tailored interventions at an organizational level create incredible shifts in what becomes possible.
