MEETINGS, CONFERENCES, AND CONVENINGS: As we transition to the online environment, many organizations are challenged to bring team meetings, conferences,  and other convenings online. I help you design agendas to effectively engage participants in the virtual space and accomplish your meeting goals. Through years of experience teaching online, I have compiled a set of tried and true tips for bringing meetings alive. We'll craft your agenda to meet your needs and I'll facilitate a powerful convening for your team.

RETREATS: I spark connected communities within organizations through design and facilitation of retreats. I find that 'team building activities' can sometimes feel removed from reality and often are left behind at the offsite rather than carried forward into everyday organizational life. Instead, I strive for building and sustaining teams for the long term, inviting team members to step into connection and support as a mindset rather than simply an activity. I design bespoke gatherings that bring your team into alignment and connection around shared purpose. With intention, efficiency, and fun, we craft a memorable experience for your community that will continue long after time together. note: all retreats and gatherings are virtual during COVID-19, and yes it is possible!

DIFFICULT CONVERSATIONS: Many organizations and teams need support moving forward in complex, adaptive situations. I do diagnostics with key stakeholders and design a bespoke process for working collaboratively on the issues you need to face. We'll define what success looks like, explore the gap between the current reality and the vision, and then make the necessary steps to move forward in learning and leadership along the way. When challenges arise, we dig to the root causes to understand the underlying assumptions, missing perspectives, or systemic entanglements, rather than just fighting the symptoms. From there we acknowledge what is, identify areas of learning, and create the shifts you need to move forward.  Processes may include structured dialogues, workshops, coaching, and/or facilitated conversations. These tailored interventions at an organizational level create incredible shifts in what becomes possible. ​​
