Leadership -- Storytelling -- Change
THE FOLLOWING KEYNOTES AND PARTICIPATORY WORKSHOPS CAN BE TAILORED TO YOUR NEEDS
Enough: Finding Freedom from the Inner Critic
Leadership trainer and artist Rosi Greenberg offers compelling tools to help us transform our inner negative voices. In this empowering workshop, Rosi leads participants toward shifting their relationship with self-doubt to one of self-acceptance and appreciation, while also highlighting the deep systemic origins of imposter syndrome. Participants experience firsthand how gathering in community to address self-doubt can set in motion a ripple effect, allowing us to not only meet ourselves with greater love and acceptance, but reshape the confidence-eroding systems that surround us as well. Participants leave with new perspectives and practices for relating to their critic, and additional steps to take to move forward in their leadership. Can be offered as a keynote or participatory workshop. Learn more.
Public Narrative: Storytelling for Action
Leaders aiming to move and motivate their people need to engage our emotional selves, as our emotions and values are what lead to motivation and movement. This workshop offers key tools for crafting motivational narratives and enabling authentic connection to audiences and communities. Participants will share the stories of how they came to their own leadership, bring the community together through narrative, and learn to activate and inspire people to take action on the most urgent challenges of our time. Can be offered as keynote, or 3-10 hour workshop. Learn more.
Adaptive Leadership and Systems Thinking for Change
What do you do when challenges keep arising even after you address them, and nothing seems to stick? Or, Why do coronary heart disease patients keep smoking or failing to exercise? Or, Why doesn’t your organization have more leadership of color? Questions like these plague us, because so often in leadership we are mis-diagnosing the root of these issues, and treating problems with the wrong strategy. In this keynote presentation, Rosi addresses the key distinction between adaptive challenges and technical problems to support participants in making progress on seemingly intractable challenges. Participants apply these distinctions to a collective challenge and gain a few strategies for moving forward, all based on the framework of Adaptive Leadership as taught by Ron Heifetz at Harvard.
Retreats for Team Sustenance
I spark connected communities within organizations through design and facilitation of retreats. I find that 'team building activities' can sometimes feel removed from reality and often are left behind at the offsite rather than carried forward into everyday organizational life. Instead, I strive for building and sustaining teams for the long term, inviting team members to step into connection and support as a mindset rather than simply an activity. I design bespoke gatherings that bring your team into alignment and connection around shared purpose. With intention, efficiency, and fun, we craft a memorable experience for your community that will continue long after time together.
